Please note we will always try get your order to you as soon as possible. All other deliveries can take anything from 3-5 business days to be delivered (unless specified differently on the product pages). 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@veilaccessories.co.za. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Of course! Just leave a note on your order during the checkout process and we will gift wrap your order.

We offer free shipping on all orders over and above R750. 

For orders under R750, a flat rate of R150 will apply.
