Refund policy

We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All products are non-refundable and returns are only to be exchanged.

For shoe purchases, return requests can only be processed if the product meet the following criteria:

  • is unworn and in the same condition as when received.
  • have no visible stains and/or scratch marks or signs of being worn.
  • buckle and/or accessories are intact, clean and undamaged.
  • is returned in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@veilaccessories.co.za. We will notify you if your request has been successful or not. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All return courier fees are for The Customer’s account.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of any earrings or breast tape products due to hygiene reasons. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
